What to expect after you order a custom design:

Once your design is created, you will receive a preview via email 1-3 weeks after placing your order. You have 24 hours to make changes before it is embroidered. If you do not reply with any changes, the design will be embroidered as is. You will only be able to make any changes once within the 24 hour mark. Once your design is embroidered, it will go out for shipping. please check the processing time paragraph for shipping time. 

Refunds 

All orders are final. There are no refunds. 

Processing time 

Processing time is 1-3 weeks.

Shipping is 3-5 business days

Damages and issues

Angel Bliss is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email angelblissembroidery@gmail.com
